Store Policy
1. Order & Cancellation Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled. If not yet dispatched, cancellation may be possible within 2 hours (subject to confirmation).
2. Packaging & Shipping Cashews are packed in sealed, food-grade packs to ensure freshness. We use trusted couriers; delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
3. Returns & Refunds Food items are non-returnable for safety reasons. Refunds/replacements are provided only if product is damaged, defective, or expired. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Refunds/replacements processed within 7–10 business days after verification. Not Eligible: wrong address, refusal to accept, late claims, tampered/opened packs, change of mind.
4. Safety & Storage May contain traces of other nuts/allergens. Store in a cool, dry place and consume before expiry. We are not responsible for quality loss due to improper storage after delivery.
